“I’ve always received great customer service here, even when I show up as soon as they open and everyone is tired. Gerald on the afternoon shift is a standout though, he’s always really personable and friendly. He actually refers to people by their names which is rare, and he hooked me up with a small coffee so I could try something new. First time someone’s done that at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Thanks for the great customer service!”

“Came here for the first, its a couple blocks my neighborhood so I figured I give it a try. The second I walked in a was greeted by Natalie , she was super friendly and informative from the beginning to end. She and Marie, made drinks for me, both had excellent customer service. Food very traditional and tasted excellent. They also have happy hour from 3pm-5pm. And starts again 9pm till closing. Can’t beat that. I’ll will definitely be back. Sit at the bar and ask for Natalie or Marie you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great quality food and big portions. Our server was nice and helpful. I ordered the corn beef hash with scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. Food was fresh. I wish I would've ordered the bacon extra crispy. Everyone else in my party enjoyed there food. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is they sat is in front of there delivery door so it kept opening and it was cold. A little inconsiderate considering we had a 2 year old in our party. Other than that everything was great! I also recommend there country fried steak and eggs.”

“I'm shocked on some of the reviews cause I started to get sick of the blue diamond location its so dirty and horrible customer service. But when we started going to the southern highlands location I was so happy the people are always nice and its clean. I also have to say Dylan and a Jay were working one night and they were super nice so friendly and professional! They made the food and smoothies extra good my kids even said the same. Thank you!!!”

“Called to place a pickup order on Sunday afternoon following Halloween. Ordered the Smaller Margherita Pizza with added Mushroom Medley & Pepperoni. The pizza was ready promptly in 15 min. I didn’t need to look inside the box, I could smell how good it was. I got home and it looked delicious with loaded toppings (they don’t skimp). The crust was cooked to perfection and the dough was hand tossed. The balance of sauce to cheese and toppings is perfect. They use fresh, higher quality ingredients and you can taste the difference. I read a lot of complaints in earlier reviews: Don’t be cheap, you get what you pay for...I spent $17.00 on a small pizza and It was well worth it. This is my new favorite pizza spot. So grateful it’s in Southern Highlands.”

“Expanded list of beers during 50% off Happy Hour. Bar tenders made timely checks on how patrons were doing. They do a good job of monitoring when beer glasses need to be refilled. Good selection of music played. Restrooms were clean. Bar tender comped our appetizer order due to longer than usual wait time for our food to arrive which shows good customer service.”

“Food was really great, very flavorful, but they need to work with their coffee. We had one order of the chicken and waffles, which had good flavor on the chicken. The waffle was really good, but not great. We also had a pitmaster scramble which had amazing flavor and the biscuit in there was really, really good. We also got one cup of coffee which is not very good, it seems to be an afterthought. Having an option of a better brand coffee and include a decaf would really help, especially for the price of the coffee.”
