Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I didn’t catch his name, but there was a young black man working and he gave the BEST customer service i’ve ever had. Usually when I come here, I get GREAT service, but it takes a little bit for me to get my food or smoothies. But the man that was working last night made everything quick and easy, and he gave me some peanut butter for my dog which was very sweet. This location is definitely a step up from the old location and i’ve never had a bad experience here. The customer service is always phenomenal.

Man oh man. I was having a bad day! So my daughter and I went to TS in southern highlands for our weekly fix’s and when I tell you!! TERRY! Was AMAZING!!! with he’s customer service skills. (Mind you it’s always something when I go there) and this time wasn’t any difference. It started off nasty but terry came to the rescue and Solved the problem. With a smile on his face and a $8 discount ?? This is the best Bahama mama I’ve ever had! For sure! THANK YOU TERRY you made my day!! ?

I'm shocked on some of the reviews cause I started to get sick of the blue diamond location its so dirty and horrible customer service. But when we started going to the southern highlands location I was so happy the people are always nice and its clean. I also have to say Dylan and a Jay were working one night and they were super nice so friendly and professional! They made the food and smoothies extra good my kids even said the same. Thank you!!!

We jammed up to tropical smoothly on our skateboards smooth as hell. Had a delicious drink and amazing food. The staff were exceptional. Clean!!!!! Patient and kind. Thank you
