They also take the time needed to inform you about new drugs or drugs that have changed shape or color. I am not a great Walmart fan but I am of the pharmacy department!!”

“Jen is a focused and articulate trainer. As well as fun. I throughly enjoyed her boot camp. She slowly progresses into the hard training during the boot camp. Jen also was very accommodating to some clients restrictions and gave them an effective and helpful alternative to certain exercises. Overall I'm sold and would attend any other boot camps or personal training Jen has to offer.”
