Emily is really good at finding the areas that I need help with. I am moving more freely and with little pain. I have had problems getting up off the floor or ground. We are working on it right now. As a recent retiree, it is important to me to be able to move without pain so I can enjoy retirement. Thank you, Emily.

Emily helped me rehab an ultimate frisbee MCL strain fast enough to keep on my marathon training plan. I was running again after 2 weeks, and was doing 10 mile runs within 3. Two main takeaways... 1) I should not guard my daughter during ultimate frisbee games (especially without cleats), and 2) Emily is really good at what she does.

Emily is excellent at her profession as she has helped me build strength in my lower extremities following my back surgery. I have worked with other PT's, but Emily has a better understanding of my physical impairment and came up with an excellent therapy plan for me.
I recommend Emily because she explains the treatment plan which she develops for you as a client, which is personal to your needs. Emily also is very pleasant to work with and is interested in how you are doing as a client with the therapy she provides.

I have been an active weight lifter for almost 10 years now. I felt that I plateaued in my weight lifting due to nerve damage on my right side. When I would workout I would often end up with pain in my knees and back limiting how much weight I could lift. I wanted to understand where my weaknesses were in my form so that I could push past my training plateau.
After working with Dr. Emily I have been able to improve my squat to the full range of motion without having pain in my knees and back. As Emily had shown me what muscles I should be activating at which point in the movement. Also Emily noted that my nerve damage was limiting my range of motion on the back squat, which was resulting in back pain and tight hip muscles. Emily recommended switching to front squats which allowed me to progress further in my weight training steadily increasing the amount of weight I can lift with good form.

    Thanks Dr. Emily!

As a recent patient of Emily, magic fingers. I can't recommend her enough. Not only are my shoulders better but I am building back my strength the way she taught me. She helped me every step of the way and wouldn't let me quit. She took time to listen to me and hear me. One talk we had changed my mind about myself. She took me back into the gym and got me on the right track. She is very good about explaining everything she does and you can understand why you are doing what she is telling you to do. Can't say enough good things about Emily.
