“I’m mildly shocked by all the bad reviews… I’m new to this clinic. I found my hand PT Sophia to be the expert I needed. There is a fine balance between kindness, knowledge and efficiency that makes Professionalism, and she has it. In one appt I had exercises on PTX and custom-made splints. One problem went beyond her role as PT. She referred me to Dr. Yeo for further assessment. I got an appt the next morning with Dr. Yeo and my first cortizone shot, which was unexpected. He was also excellent- energetic, personable, observant, efficient, authentic. I felt comfortable and heard, which I can’t say for a lot of doctors. And he met my curiosity by pointing out structures through the seeming static of an ultrasound image. Love it. The front desk women and Allison were professional and warm and I didn’t have a problem scheduling a follow up appointment and an MRI. In fact, Radiology called ME to schedule. My busy mind really appreciates the proactive initiative and interdepartmental communication flow. For the first time after many years of pain, I feel I’m getting the appropriate treatment for my damaged, painful hand. I am hopeful instead of resolute. I know the future process steps of care which reduces anxiety. My only complaint was the pain of the cortizone shot, but hey, what can you do? 🤷 My experience at this clinic has been outstanding. I’ve worked in healthcare and I have seen patients treated awfully and without empathy. When things go well, human nature dictates that it goes unnoticed because it unconsciously meets our expectations for care. In other words, when everything goes the way we think it should, we don’t even notice. That’s when you know your care is really good!! Smooth! Uneventful! I’m counting my blessings. Thank you all”

“I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Jason Jenny at the Apple Valley Office, and my experience was excellent. I also in the past have had two tooth implant procedures completed by him and his wonderful Team. I was a little concerned on the recent wisdom tooth extraction as my age is 78 and I’m on Eliquis for an A-Fib condition. “I was a new patient with a weekend dental emergency. The support staff worked with me to find an emergency appointment and they were great to work with. “After 3 appointments at our previous dentist. Our old dentist told me that I need a root canal and sent me to an Endocrinologist which said it was questionable. I then proceeded to find a new dentist and that is when we found Dr. Bakken. His approach was the conservative approach and maybe have a filling or let some time pass since it was questionable. That is what I have done and the pain is gone. Dr. Bakken's staff is so warm and inviting when entering his office. Along with his hygienist explaining all procedures. Everyone in his office including Dr. Bakken has gone above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.”

“For about 9 months I had been dealing with tooth pain before finally giving in and having a root canal. I hoped that it would go away, used ibuprofen daily, and went to a couple of dentists to try to dissuade myself from having the root canal. I wish I had gone in sooner as the care and patience that Dr Shen and Jen was a godsend to this anxious soul! The amenities such as the chair and room were nice appointed and set me at ease. The team of Dr. Shen and Jen worked well together, not saying much, but understanding the process so very well, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The receptionists were great and they were able to provide upfront pricing. Thank you, you folks are amazing!”

“Challenging course, due to narrow fairways, as well as many trees and water hazards. I love the idea of the combo tees for seniors. On some of the holes seniors will use the red tees and on others seniors will use the blue tees. Pace of play was a little slow today. Took about 4.5 hours to play 18 holes.”

“I went to CF 5885 for four weeks when I stopped by in Minnesota in August while moving from the West coast to the East. I reached out to Jonny to workout at 5885 and he was very accommodating. This was my first experience of a CrossFit gym after working out at the same gym in Redmond, WA since I started CrossFit. All the classes that I attended were coached by Jonny. I found him to be a very knowledgeable coach. He also gave me personal attention whenever I needed it and answered all of my questions about the workout, movements etc. The workouts at 5885 challenged me and allowed me to reach limits that I did not know existed. The community welcomed me with open arms. I went to the gym at the 4:30 pm hour without knowing that this was the most popular class of the day. Everyone I interacted with were great and they were very encouraging. I hope to get back to 5885 again anytime I visit family in MN. Thank you CrossFit 5885 and hope to see you guys soon.”
