These chairs are so comfortable and the massages are so complete they feel comparable, if not better than one from a real person. Sitting down in one you can tell they sell themselves; however the attendant/salesperson (I wish I had caught his name) was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very friendly. He was willing and able to answer all questions and he was very skillful in picking out demo chair settings that fit with the individual client despite only speaking to us very quickly. Nick installed the rack on our car, showed us how to use it, gave us thorough instructions regarding the bikes, went above and beyond to make us feel great about this buying experience.
