Customer service is the key. With that said Tim was very helpful and very knowledgeable about tires. I came here just to change the sensor but he also found that I need to change two tires on my car. I already booked another appointment for next week. I would suggest this place in a heartbeat to others.

Fast service with some great personalities behind the front desk! Highly recommend! Ordered my tires on Thursday and got it switched on Saturday afternoon of the same week at a good price.

I was having tire issues and Town Fair Tire of Natick made it super easy for me to deal with!! I had an appointment and they got me right in for my appointment time without a hassle or wait. Chris helped me at the front desk and gave me an estimated wait time and even suggested some restaurants and shops within walking distance if I didn’t want to wait in their waiting area. They called me right when the car was ready. Great customer service!
