Jonathan was helpful from our initial telephone call reviewing the problem, offering some possible solutions and price estimates, to scheduling and then the on time service call arrival. While repairing the gas problem, he took the time to do some interior appliance cleanup and cold draft sealing around the exterior wall at no extra charge. “Our son found a truck at this dealership that he wanted. We called and negotiated the price, put a deposit down and a week later traveled from Maine, 3 1/2 hours, to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was spotlessly clean and ready for us to test drive. Eric had the paperwork completed and ready for us to sign. Part of the agreement was that they would change the dash cluster, which they did. We were almost home when the dash cluster stopped working. We called the dealership, told them the situation and the following day Derek drove up from Massachusettes in a very bad snowstorm to fix the dash cluster. We are very pleased and impressed with the service that we received from Eric and Derek. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
