“Marty in the Parts dept is amazing! I was camping in Cherry Hill Park when my AC went out in the dead of summer. Diagnosed it myself as a dead capacitor. Showed up to Queenstown RV to find that the capacitor I needed wasn't in stock, and that it would be a while before they could get it in due to a shortage. Marty then spent time helping me find a mitigation so I could get home with some functioning AC, and it worked like a charm! Couldn't believe he'd take the time to help me fix the problem when he didn't have the part to sell me, but man, am I grateful! Will definitely be back to Cherry Hill Park, and I'll be using Queenstown RV for my needs while I'm there.”

“Saved the day! We were en route and broke down on 495. Roadside jumped our generator and we started up. The fit us in same day. Arrived, immediately trouble shot our problems (bad batteries and switch). Got us all new ones installed and we were on our way. Bill, Rob and Heidi are great. Very competent and trust worthy. Bill drove us to lunch while we waited for the parts to arrive. The plugged us up to 50 amp service to keep fridge going. Already scheduled for follow up service with them. They are my "go to" RV service and repair shop from now on... Glad we broke down and found this hidden jewel of an RV shop... Thanks again guys for saving our trip - and we had a great time!”

“I can’t recall when I first went to Kustom Muffler but followed him from Hyattsville to College Park. Look.. Rob isn’t an Angel by far. He is loud, hyper, and funny but his custom work and welding skills is no joke. Either way, I do think most of his customers such as myself like loud noises. Yes, to some might question why I bring my modified vehicles to him for exhaust work. What can I say? He’s willing to explore his abilities and get things done. One time, the NSX struck a pothole around University of Maryland and the flanges popped off. I brought the vehicle to him unannounced while he was on lunch break. This guy packed his lunch, came back to the shop, fixed my issue and got me going my business. From a little experience like that it tells me how he values my time and even go above and beyond to keep a happy customer. I recommend everyone I know to his shop from a minor leak to a full custom exhaust make over. Since I trust his work, without a doubt I encourage for you to extend your exhaust needs so he can accommodate you. Don’t you want to be happy like the rest of his customers? But I’ll let you make that choice. P.S. These are my actual personal vehicles that Rob had worked on previously.”

“Henry and General Auto Body are excellent!!! After a quick estimate, a few days later I dropped off the car on a Thursday and it was ready on Saturday morning. Another car backed into my Mazda and crushed the front plastic/rubber under the left headlight. Henry molded it back into shape, sanded and re-painted. The color match on the 9 year old car was PERFECT. They also fixed a crushed section of my old Saturn a decade ago and again , was a perfect job. BTW -- I always give a cash tip for great work. Henry said "too much" and only took a small portion of the tip. Honest craftsmen are a rarity today. You will be pleased with General Auto Body!!”

“Car toys is always the best. Literally. I called today not knowing if they were open. Somebody picked up, said yes we're open til 5 - I said thanks and was gonna hang up. So, the guy asked me if I needed a service. I said yes, I just had my windows tinted there earlier last week & I need my gaskets popped. (Btw if you don't know - if you have ANY make/model vehicle NEWER than ANY 08' vehicle you'll need to go back 3days after your tint service to have the gaskets popped. Without having them popped, you're window buttons will do the opposite of what you want them to do.) Anyway, I was actually about to pass their exit when I called and when we hung up it was take the exit NOW or ignore it. Well, I just suddenly got all the way over from the fast lane on 95 and went there. They didn't care that I didn't even have a appointment & I was gone in less than 10minutes. May not seem like a big deal to you - I'm just ALWAYS amazed that I've NEVER EVER in 7yrs had ANY issues, they're always on time with what THEY schedule for you, they complete whatever service you need perfectly and in a GREAT timely manner 💯 & I can PROMISE you - whatever service you get - you'll never have any issues & they do any service ( that they offer - im not listing them all lol ) with 110% heart in it! So, if you're reading this & you've never taken advantage of using CarToys - you're going to the wrong place. Period.”
