“AMAZING! Blew a flat tire and called him on a Saturday. Garage wasn’t open but he drive down to meet us anyways. Randy took the tire off, found the leak, plugged it, and sent us on our way. Craziest part is he wouldn’t let us pay. Even took the money we tried to give him and put it back in our car. Special bonus, told us the town of Accident’s name history and gave us some local tips. “I had a tree branch fall on my truck in January which damaged some of my windshield trim. I contacted Crash Champions and they provided me an instant estimate that turned out to be off by just 72 cents from the actual repair cost (A+). Since I was paying myself and not going through insurance this was a big deal to me and they were spot-on with it. The parts I needed were on back order for about two months but as soon as they arrived I was contacted again and scheduled an appointment for the repair. When I arrived for the appointment they went above and beyond in my opinion by giving me a ride back to my apartment from the shop since I wasn’t renting a car for the short repair. When the repair was complete they again went above and beyond and took my payment over the phone and offered to drive my truck home for me. Overall, the repair was perfect and their customer service was excellent. I don’t leave many reviews but felt my experience with the Crash Champions team deserves one because I’d recommend them to anybody who asks.”

“I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.”

“I was surprised to find and now happy to know Kenneth from K & C Auto. I normally work on my own vehicle when I have a repair to make. However my 2005 f150 completely blew a power steering line in the cold of January this year (2021) I did not want to work in the cold and knew how stubborn this type of repair can be. So I reached out to a couple of local shops for estimates and found it very expensive to just replace the lines. Cutting to the chase here, Kenneth from K & C Auto came to my house and gave me an in person estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the repair needed and we quickly agreed to proceed with the repair at substantial saving to me. Of course my 16 year old truck had some nicely rusted together components that made the job a challenge. Ken worked in the cold and wet weather to complete the repair. In the end I ended up with new lines a new power steering pump and a new rack in pinion steering very close price it would have cost me just to replace just the power steering lines at two other shops I contacted. I finally have confidence in the honesty and integrity in an auto repair company again.”
