“I had a tree branch fall on my truck in January which damaged some of my windshield trim. I contacted Crash Champions and they provided me an instant estimate that turned out to be off by just 72 cents from the actual repair cost (A+). Since I was paying myself and not going through insurance this was a big deal to me and they were spot-on with it. The parts I needed were on back order for about two months but as soon as they arrived I was contacted again and scheduled an appointment for the repair. When I arrived for the appointment they went above and beyond in my opinion by giving me a ride back to my apartment from the shop since I wasn’t renting a car for the short repair. When the repair was complete they again went above and beyond and took my payment over the phone and offered to drive my truck home for me. Overall, the repair was perfect and their customer service was excellent. I don’t leave many reviews but felt my experience with the Crash Champions team deserves one because I’d recommend them to anybody who asks.”

The guys were able to fabricate some much needed rocker panels for my rusted out pair and clean out the rust all over the car. “Fast and easy. I arrived around 10:20P on Saturday. When I arrived it was undergoing its nightly service. Mainly out of curiosity and for others and myself to know in the future I waited to see when the kiosk would come back online. At exactly 11:00P the kiosk was back up. I stopped in their service center on Sep.12th Monday when they were just opening and ask for help diagnosing a noise from the front of my car. The service advisor was immediately engaging with me and helped me find the issue and was also willing to do the wheel bearing repair that same day for a reasonable price.
