Melvins by far was the most reasonably priced place around to change my spark plugs and front break pads. I called about 10 shops in the harford co area and no one could beat their price. My vehicle was serviced and back to me in under 7hrs. It's so nice not to feel like you are being taken for all your hard earned money. “I called several places & stopped at 1 before I ended up here. I had a flat tire that I needed to get checked & I needed it taken care of immediately. All the other shops told me I could drop it off & they'll get to it later in the day. Precision Auto took me immediately. Turns out I needed 3 tires replaced because they were so old & dry rotted with huge cracks in them. I feel they were honest with me & didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. They gave me a great discount, threw in an oil change at a reduced rate (I needed 1 soon anyways) and fixed an issue with my parking break for free. I'll definitely come back next time I need work done. Russ & the mechanic who worked on my car were great, real friendly. I definitely recommend coming here.”

“A little hole in the wall auto store I went to by mistake during summer last year. But it was a great mistake. Prices are great on the used tires, especially if your looking to save some money. No refunds, but they will exchange with a receipt in the allotted time limit. Has a restroom, and a small waiting room. They have all different tire sizes there, even different sizes of rims too. Parking lot is huge. Just watch out for a pile of tires every once in a while.”
