Marty in the Parts dept is amazing! I was camping in Cherry Hill Park when my AC went out in the dead of summer. Diagnosed it myself as a dead capacitor. Showed up to Queenstown RV to find that the capacitor I needed wasn't in stock, and that it would be a while before they could get it in due to a shortage. Marty then spent time helping me find a mitigation so I could get home with some functioning AC, and it worked like a charm! Couldn't believe he'd take the time to help me fix the problem when he didn't have the part to sell me, but man, am I grateful! Will definitely be back to Cherry Hill Park, and I'll be using Queenstown RV for my needs while I'm there.
Customer service was next to flawless....workers on site were very helpful and knowledgeable on all items .
