“I am writing this review as I eat. This is the El Salto we all know and love but even better. George was our bartender tonight and he did an amazing job! I am allergic to onion so naturally, I am the patron from hell at a Mexican restaurant. But George told me it would be okay and it was! My food was fresh and delicious and onion free! But my favorite thing was my jalapeno margarita, delicious! Come to the new El Salto, you will not be disappointed.”
