“Not sure what changed recently but this place is back to being on point and when I place a delivery order it always arrives in less than 30 minutes, even during lunch hour. I always say I'm gonna venture outside my comfort zone but usually end up going with my tried & true favorites - Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Shrimp Lo Mein, Bourbon Chicken, Shrimp Toast & for hubby Egg Rolls. The Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is marked as being spicy but trust me, it's not and I always forget to ask them to add a little more heat. The shrimp are a nice size while the ones in the lo mein are a bit smaller and the bourbon chicken lasts me for days, kinda have a feeling they're adding red food color to the dish though. They have lunch specials that run to 3:30 so if I'm planning on having this for dinner I usually order before that cut off time to save a few bucks for nearly the same amount of food”

Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”

“I had the Chesapeake grilled cheese with tomato soup and my son had the GC Club with shoe string fries. He said it was delicious. I enjoyed my sandwich as well but I didn’t taste the crab dip. Next time I’m going to get the crabby melt because I really like crab dip. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t taste any crab on my Chesapeake, but it was still pretty good. The tomato soup was amazing and definitely made up for my sandwich. The soup very chunky and loaded with cheese! The sandwiches are a good size and very filling. There are of different sandwich options. I was pleasantly surprised at the various kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches. The restaurant is very cozy and welcoming and the staff was very friendly and professional. My son and I will definitely go there again!”
