“This place is always great for an overnight trip to New Orleans. The place is spic and span, the front desk is polite, and there’s plenty of hot water. And it’s easy to orient yourself cause it’s by the giant Folger’s sign. The backdrop of the enormous freeways is also kind of cool. It’s a chill place seems to me”

“Not bad at all. We were going to a concert in the quarter and basically just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was pretty nice and within 20 minutes walking distance to the quarter. We got a ride back because I wasn't sure about making that walk after dark. Overall we were very happy with our stay.”

“Great Stay! I had a terrible experience at quality inn down the road and this room was able to accommodate me and take us in on short notice. The rooms were clean, house keeping gave us plenty of towels and they provide soap, body wash etc. These rooms also has full refrigerators as well. The owner even gave us a hug when we left and thanked us for out stay. I would definitely go back if I’m in New Orleans.”

Laundry area was basic and worked well. Secure with a drive through gate. Rating 4 star due to the friendly owner and price.”

“This building is older, but spacious. It is great for families to gather and meet and share time together. We had about 6 or families. There are nine rooms and 6 restrooms. My family of five were housed in a room with two queen sized beds and a connecting restroom. The best part is the kitchen and the fellowship hall. My grandchildren had room to run. They loved going up and down the stairs. If you don't have the ability to climb stairs, this may not be the best place for you.”
