“I moved to the Privateer Place a month ago and I have loved it. The community is rather quiet and tucked away. I only had 1 maintenance issue with my electronic door lock but, maintenance came by and took care of that issue right away. I saw some reviews warning about management and I have not had any issues at all. The property manager actually helped answer a few questions I had before I went to move in. The apartment has a great view and I really don't hear anything from my neighbors. I am enjoying living here so far.”
