“Mark T’s is a drive through only little rib spot. Very old school so be patient waiting for your food—it’s not as quick as a traditional drive through window. They serve chicken, pork ribs, beef ribs, rib tips and pulled pork. I tried the pork ribs, rib tips and pulled pork. All three meats were very tasty and cooked very well. However, I actually liked the side dishes better. The potato salad and coleslaw were sweet and refreshing, but I wish the side portioned were larger.”
