Mike Linnig's

Address: 9308 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40258, USA

Restaurant

“Food was hot, delicious and while expecting 2 small peices of fish, the 2 I received were extra large and thick. Even the fries were a double serving and with the fish it was served piping hot. Price was a little expensive but well worth it considering the portions you received. Great restaurant with some very interesting artifacts inside and custom wood creatures all around the outside walking area. Even saw two gentlemen cutting a tree down and then with the flip of a chain saw began cutting, trimming, and shopping the large trunk of the tree into another wildlife creature. Great place to eat and take in all the outdoor hand carved creatures. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last. Also, there's 2 large seating areas. 1st area you seat yourself and go to the counter to order. 2nd area is a bit more formal where you're seated by a waiterass who also ta k es your order and brings your food nice and hot to your table. Either choice is great. You can't go wrong. Great place to eat, great atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of people eating there for the 3rd or more time. Definitely worth recommending!!”

MozzaPi

Address: 12102 La Grange Rd, Louisville, KY 40223, USA

Restaurant

“Wow. My family came in with 21 people, and the staff was BEYOND helpful and fast with making sure we had silverware, napkins, all our drinks, extra water. Our order came out so quickly as well, which shows how well they handled the volume. The pizza was so delicious. I tried everything on the menu, and nothing disappointed me. I love the wood fired crunchiness of the crust. My favorite is the Florenza. I was so surprised at how much I loved the Thai Pizza, and I appreciate how different it is. You cannot go wrong with anything on this menu. Go eat here. Also, the wine from South Africa from their wine list is one of the best wines I have had in a while. If you're unsure about portion of a pizza, I feel their pizza feeds 1-2 people. I have easily eaten an entire one when full. And can share one when not too hungry. This place is an order first, and then seat yourself and food is brought out kind of place. There is a second floor seating area.”

Nam Nam Café

Address: 318 Wallace Ave, Louisville, KY 40207, USA

Restaurant

“Loved my time here today. Swung thru on a recommendation from a friend and it did NOT disappoint. Overwhelmed by the expansive menu I took the chef's recommendations. I had a seared grass-fed beef and vermicelli noodle dish and also added the summer rolls. I devoured the summer rolls with beef, shrimp, and tasty mint (the heavy-hitter and perfect for spring), and then I honestly thought "there's no way I can eat my main dish after that" and asked for a to-go box when it arrived. Then I crushed damn near the whole thing. It was brisk, bright, full of flavor, cold and hot met in the middle with the noodles. I could nerd out on details, but just know it was SO good. I put my few leftovers in a to-go and dipped, only to be met in the parking lot by Chef with an extra helping of the sauce for the dish, cause he knows what leftovers be like. A lovely place with outdoor seating, a tidy little indoor area, and yes, the food was great, but I also felt cared for. Can't wait to take friends back there soon. High five.”

Biscuit Belly - St. Matthews

Address: 3723 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207, USA

Restaurant

“Biscuit belly has a tremendous amount going for it. Typically, breakfast places are sleepy, and the menus are predictably plain. Biscuit belly has a stylish and procured decor that is tasteful and energizing, as any good breakfast ought to be. The food is excellent, unique, and affordable. Enjoyable coffee and cocktails selection readily available. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the management and business design of Biscuit Belly is brilliant. The rewards program has already netted me a free appetizer and coffee after just a couple of visits. You can’t beat the happy hour here.”

Double Dogs

“Had to try to the Buffalo Mac and cheese (with the Buffalo sauce on the side 😅) and it was amazing! I really enjoyed it without the spicy Buffalo sauce, it was extra creamy & delicious. I brought my puppy and he slept the whole time on the shaded concrete & was given a water bowl! Our server was very nice.”

Chilitos Mexican Grill

Address: 8021 Dixie Hwy #105, Louisville, KY 40258, USA

Meal takeaway Restaurant

“My wife and I found this place to get a quick bite to eat one day and now we're frequent customers! We were pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of their food. We no longer go to Qdoba or Chipotle...why pay more at those places when the quality of food and tastes are much better here! Not to mention, we now frequent this place often enough to where they remember our orders every time we come in. We love Chilitos!”

Wild Eggs

Address: 153 S English Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40245, USA

Restaurant

“This was a really great visit, we were seated promptly despite a pretty good crowd, our waitress Chelsea was friendly and perfectly attentive, and the food was outstanding. We both had the Wild Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Scramble with Home Fries and an Everything Muffin, and it was delectable. I wasn't happy about $3 for a cup of coffee, but that's a state-of-the-economy issue in my mind, so I won't hold that against them. For now, anyway... lol!”

Coals Artisan Pizza

Address: 3724 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40207, USA

Restaurant

“I’d give it a 4.5 if I could. Great place to grab an Italian-style pizza and drinks. The atmosphere is great with high ceilings and lots of light. Plenty of pizzas to choose from, with a build-your-own option as well. They also have cauliflower crust. Good selection of beers and bourbons too. Two locations in Louisville so get to the nearest one.”

Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Restaurant

“We ordered take out. Everything was delicious. Nice big fat meaty ribs. The catfish was crisp and flaky. Now they have banana pudding. I'm dying it was so good. I don't even mind the fact that they put whipped cream on it, and I hate whipped cream. But I gobbled that up like it was my last meal.”
