“The service was excellent and the food very good. I had a Kentucky Hot Brown which was a little different from the usual recipe but was really good, especially the use of bacon crumbles instead of strips. My apple pie for dessert was very, very good. Several folks came in to pick up pies to go while I was there, so that may be one of their specialties. The gift shop adjacent was fun to browse, too.”

“Almost always get the fried chicken dinner, it's just so good. This version was new, spicy ranch served with a side of pickle ranch sauce, a little different but still excellent. Service was a little lacking, but nothing to really fuss about.”

“My friend and I stopped on our way from northern Ky to central Kentucky. This Frisch’s restaurant is super nice and new. Gerry greeted us and is from a different store in northern Kentucky. She gave use the warmest welcome as she sat us at our table and accommodated our request for seating. Cynthia was our server and the bright light which radiates in and through her was awesome! In the midst of busyness, she was calm and attentive and everything a server should be. Double thumbs up to the staff. Oh yes, our food was great and arrived in a timely manner.”
