“First time dealing with Chrysler dealership. I pretty much already knew what I wanted from a lot of research, I'd done a test drive elsewhere so I didn't need a lot of hand holding, and I'd already searched inventory there so I new they had what I wanted. Sales guys recognized that I wasn't somebody they needed to 'convince' so they pretty much let to my own devices. Did a lease which was far easier paperwork wise than I expected. Only thing that really took awhile was waiting for the vehicle to get cleaned and readied. They put it somewhere we didn't know about so ended up waiting a bit longer than normal. In general, a very easy and comfortable experience. Update: Turned in my lease and got another from Tom O'Brien. Only real problem this time wasn't so much an issue with dealership, but problem in lack of inventory because of chip shortage, so had to 'settle' for interior color I wasn't as enthused about. Also, they really should upgrade to digital document signing like we can do over at Penske Honda. Nice not having to deal with all the paper. But otherwise, a decent experience.”

“My HP work laptop needed a battery replacement. There was an extra screw holding the battery in place that was beyond my ability to remove. The first establishment I went to for help was unable to remove the screw as well. They suggested that I go to Indy laptops. Google Maps was used to help me locate Indy Laptops. The directions on my phone took me directly to what I learned was their new location. The entire experience with Indy Laptops was fantastic! I went later in the day with the intention that I might have to leave my laptop for pick up another day. The gentleman there immediately realized they needed a tool they didn’t have at their new location. One man left the property to retrieve the necessary tool, while the other man prepared the laptop by wrapping it with a protective film. When the man and the proper tool arrived, they were quickly able to remove the now severely stripped screw, replace the nonfunctional battery, recycle the old battery, reassemble the laptop, and verify that the laptop was indeed once again functional. All of this was accomplished in a very short period of time. Their diligence in doing the job well and competence to get the job done quickly was very much appreciated. The laptop was repaired on the spot. I was able to make my evening plans having the peace of mind that I would not need to return another day to pick up the laptop. Indy Laptops was highly professional from start to finish. They definitely will have all of my future business with any laptop problems that might arise.”

The exactness in measurements is amazing! The large mirror had a cut out for the light fixture. It fit perfectly! Absolutely no errors in measurements made by David. I would definitely use Carmel glass and mirror again!”

“So, we just had the most awesome experience we could’ve ever hoped for. We were out test driving a 4 year old Fiat 500X with 85k miles from an independent car dealer when we experienced a vibration while the car was in drive and stopped. We called Napleton Fiat of Indianapolis and ask for service. We were connected to Jeff Bell and we explained our situation. He offered for us to bring the car into him immediately and he would do an inspection to let us know anything and everything that might be going on with that car. Jeff and his team completed a very detailed inspection and provided back a written report. The vibration turned out to be an engine mount that was beginning to fail. They also inspected almost everything you could think of including suspension, brakes, tires, linkage, etc. They could’ve very easily told us many of these things needed repaired or replaced and we would’ve believed them, but instead they verified that the car was in very good shape and worthy of consideration to purchase. Considering there was no future commitment or past loyalty on our part we are humbled by the attention and transparency afforded us. We did go back to the dealer and purchase the car. Napleton can count on our loyalty going forward as long as we have this car.”
