“Outstanding assistance when my insurance, United Health, refused to cover a prescription I had been taking fot sometime. Thr out of pocket expense would have been $200. The Tech informed the Pharmacist, and through a third party carrier, they were able to cut the cost to $16.96. Walmart is a huge corporation, but maybe they got that way by being there for average people just trying to make it all workout okay.”

“Great first experience at this office. Staff was nice and helpful and the office was very clean. They got my daughter in quickly for a second opinion exam. Dr. Matthews eye exam was thorough on my 6 year old and he took his time to answer my questions afterwards. The tech was very friendly and helped my daughter choose the right fit for her. Also, worthy of mentioning is the time spent cleaning (disinfecting) the eye wear after each patient was finished!! Highly recommended!”

“Myparents purchased a loveseat and recliner less than a year ago. The recliner fabric is coming apart. Sewed the side where it was developing a hole. It is now developing a hole in the lower seat. Called and indicated displeasure with the poor quality of the recliner and was told someone would contact them. No one did. Wrote Webb Furniture an email indicating the chair should have still been under warranty as it was defective. No one responded to the email. Webb Furniture used to be a reputable company selling quality furniture. I have come to the conclusion they are now selling junk furniture and obviously don’t stand behind the products they sell nor believe in customer service. UPDATE: My parents were finally contacted by Webb Furniture representative. They agreed the recliner material was defective and offered to have it completely reupholstered or have them come back to the store and they would work with them. They chose to pick out another recliner as they would not even consider another Ashley made recliner. The company gave them a fair allowance towards the purchase of a higher caliber recliner of which they are completely happy with. Issue resolved.”

“Warehouse was easy to find, when parked at gate look on the building wall about the rear of your trailer for intercom. Staging area is on your right in the dirt lot, plenty of room. I was several hours early for my appointment and was sent to staging as expected. The people here are very friendly and professional, treated me with respect. About the time I began to get comfortable I was called to back in to a door. It took about an hour to load and the product was loaded straight and tall. The load arrived in PA still looking as it did when loaded. No problems !”

I thought it was a new store but when I asked was told that it had been a store but another company bought it and they were in the process of blending the merchandise. There are still several areas that are works in progress. The merchandise ran the gamut from animal feed to snacks to hardware to clothes. The employees were friendly and helpful.
