A note to the rude, false advertised hours, and non human responsive places in Grant and Madison county.....have a little more availability and maybe act like potential customers matter because I will not be back to the places that didn't really care if or when I got my hair cut. “Outstanding assistance when my insurance, United Health, refused to cover a prescription I had been taking fot sometime. Thr out of pocket expense would have been $200. The Tech informed the Pharmacist, and through a third party carrier, they were able to cut the cost to $16.96. Walmart is a huge corporation, but maybe they got that way by being there for average people just trying to make it all workout okay.”

“Great first experience at this office. Staff was nice and helpful and the office was very clean. They got my daughter in quickly for a second opinion exam. Dr. Matthews eye exam was thorough on my 6 year old and he took his time to answer my questions afterwards. The tech was very friendly and helped my daughter choose the right fit for her. Also, worthy of mentioning is the time spent cleaning (disinfecting) the eye wear after each patient was finished!! Highly recommended!”
