Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. I did not receive the call but I checked online and the matter was resolved in next week after my visit. Her supervisor also did his/her part but may not have gotten chance to call me. Ms. Osman was very polite, respectful and helpful. Those are the type of people who makes your day when you are expecting the worst.”

“This little amusement park is the perfect size for toddlers and great age appropriate activities for littles. I would say ages 2-7 is the sweet spot for Pirate’s Cove. They everything from a merry-go-round to paddle boats, trains, bouncy house and more. If you haven’t been, do it! It’s a super fun family activity, and they have a picnic area on the pirate ship. What’s not to love?!”

“I just love Dr Knight. I had foot problems after a bunion surgery with a different Dr. Dr Knight thoroughly explains and points out things on X-rays or CT scans so you understand what’s going on. She just did my surgery on my foot that already had the bunion surgery 15 months ago to fix the problems that had arisen 3 months after my bunion surgery. She’s a wonderful, caring Dr.”

“My 1st time at Draft Picks in Mount Prospect and I wanted to try something new and different before the big day of my kidney donation surgery. The lovely waitress recommended the grilled cheese burger…which is. A burger in-between two grilled cheese 🧀 sandwiches with grilled onions!!! I cut the burger in 1/2 so you can see it on the picture. 🙃 Absolutely delicious 🤤 I couldn’t finish the whole thing and was able to save the other half. The Buffalo Crispy Chicken sandwich was lightly breaded tossed in buffalo sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato 🍅. The sauce was scrumptious and the chicken was soft and crispy. The burgers did not fall apart and we were able to enjoy our meal with the family. The fries 🍟 were hot crispy and pickles were a great garnish to our burgers. Great atmosphere. They have huge televisions where you can easily look up and watch the game. Go cubbies! Plenty of seating area where you can book and have huge gatherings. There’s also an exclusive poker and gambling 🎰 machines. So many drinks 🍺 that you can sit on the bar area and chill. The one major and unsafe flaw was their front door entrance where the cement is cracked, uneven and needs to be redone. If your having a good time inside, you can trip and hurt yourself by falling onto the concrete floor. Please get this done in order to prevent future accidents. ☹️ Other than that they served great food, waitress was super kind, where good people can enjoy their meals whatever the occasion.”

“It's a small, unassuming spot. You place your order at the counter, and they bring your food to your table. The young lady at the counter was very nice, courteous, and patient. She made our cafe con leches perfect. The foam on top was beautiful. It was so good I drank the whole thing (and I'm lactose intolerant). 😆 They don't have dairy substitutes, so I was glad I had some lactaid pills. Lol. We had the pastries with the Guayaba y queso. That has to be the most delicious pastry I've had in a long time. Flaky, light, and buttery with the perfect amount of Guayaba and cheese. Omg don't miss these pastries. We were there early in the morning, so not everything on the menu was available, but what we had was so good. Their Cuban sandwich is amazing, from that bread that my husband swears is genuine "...just like in Cuba." to the roasted pork, ham, and delicious mustard and pickles. He is Cuban, and he loved it! I have to say that bread does elevate that sandwich to the next level. The steak sandwich is good too, but I think the star is the Cuban sandwich. Their croquettas were crispy and well seasoned. We will come back and try everything. I've read reviews calling this place a gem, and it truly is. Great Cuban food and great service.”

With his kind and gentle style he has been able to engage, encourage, and individualize lessons to each child’s interests and pace. We do not have a standardized book with Tom! As compared to buying a home, the experience of living in the community and location at Central Park East are far beyond any sort of ownership goals. “Great option for workout routines love the swimming pool because it goes to six feet and I am 6'4. The only reason this place does not get five stars is because it closes early on weekends at 2 pm. “What a local gem! We recently rode our bikes here to pick up a graphic novel. I called ahead and they had it available in two different formats. Also there is plenty to browse, which is part of the appeal of visiting a comic store, in my opinion. Plenty of stock and variety. I took advantage of the buy one get one free bins. Also I loved looking at the figurines and art prints. Furthermore, they have a kids section which I thought was pretty cute!”
