“This is our 2nd time at Infusion Crab, and it's ONLY because we live in Orlando FL!!! If we lived in ATL I'd be there every week!!! The food is AMAZING, but the family that owns it make it wonderful experience. My wife and I met them last year while visiting the city and they rolled out the red carpet for us. We ordered their seafood mac, and it was still in the oven... they literally took the address where we were staying and brought it to us. Super sweet people. “Since this location opened, my family and I have ordered from this Zaxbys location at least 90-100 times or more. I usually utilize the drive through and 99% of the time the order is correct. Once, maybe twice, I may not have received a particular sauce I've ordered as an extra. Again, this is a very low % overall. I will say the same as another reviewer:. I have, on occasion, received "old" toast. Pieces that were COMPLETELY hard and could make a "knocking" sound on any surface. That's a little annoying because the toast is so hard that we know whoever put the toast in the box KNEW it wasn't longer ready to serve. It's bad when one meal gets toast, but it's even worse when all 3 dinners turn out to have old hard slices of toast AND when you've ordered an entire basket of toast and all 6 halves/3 full slices have to be thrown out... And they do have to be discarded as they are not edible once they've dried out and have become completely hard. They are a bit stingy with the napkins! Every employee I've ever encountered at this location has been a customer's dream! All very professional and genuinely friendly.”
