This was on a Sunday evening nonetheless. They politely asked for a week to see if they could track down the package and if they could not they would send me my products at their expense. Unfortunately they were unable to track down the package. Today I received my new order from them. To say their customer service is wonderful would be an understatement. “Five Star did a wonderful job on our pool deck. We had outdoor carpet in the covered area in our pool cage that always stayed wet after rain. We wanted to have that area match our acrylic deck around the pool area. We requested an estimate and they got us on their calendar immediately. The quote they gave us was the best (carpet removal, leveling, add texture, prime and paint). The gentleman that came out (Jeff) was the best! He let us know each day what to expect and the time frame. We love how it looks and it matches perfectly! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!”
