I can’t remember the last time I experienced this level of customer service. I live in Pennsylvania and Brian was there every step of the way with a return text or phone call within minutes. I got to learn a little bit about Brian and his wife and what they do for a living, both within the wicker business and outside of it. These are exceptional, hardworking people and the kind of small business that deserves and earns your support. I was so happy I stopped into Wick's! I was able to pick out a sofa and 2 chairs ( from a different set) and have it all delivered just a few hours later. It was nice to work with such a nice couple who really wanted us to love our outdoor space. I would highly recommend checking it out.
