Great local place for upper scale and good long lasting grills. They have a great variety of smaller grills and larger ones. The crew is very knowledgeable and the products are of great quality. They have new technology grills. Bought an awesome small grill we have been using and it's awesome for a quick burger, chicken or steak.

I have been a customer of Grate Grills for years. Excellent customer service and will research the issue to get to the root cause of the issue or problem. Such an awesome family owned business!

I first came in here a couple years ago when I needed a part ASAP for my older Weber grill. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, but the price was the same as what I saw online. I'd much rather support a local business where I can get what I need in a pinch! Since that first visit, I have been back for accessories like a smoker box for my grill, wood chips, spice rubs, grilling utensils, a grate lifter, and even propane fills. This place is PACKED with all sorts of stuff for grilling and smoking! I could spend an hour in here looking around at everything they have. The staff are nice and helpful, and as mentioned, the prices are competitive. If you have even the slightest interest in grilling or smoking, go check them out!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All anyone needs to do is bring in a sample of your pools water. They Annalise it with a computer. Then they tell you what chemicals you need, How much you need to put in your pool and how often. My pool has never been so easy to regulate. It's a family owned business. I've even watched the son grow up and is now pretty much running the show. You won't be disappointed.

THis is a family owned and run business that is a pleasure to work with. I would rather spend more money here than a corporate run place like Pinch a penny who built our pool and had to hire a lawyer to threaten them to finish it. I enjoy coming in and seeing the entire family working as petting the dogs. I will continue to use them even though I have to go way out of my way to go to the store. The only bad review they had, sounds like someone who feels entitled just because he gave them some business. It doesn't entitle you to free service when your warranty specifically only covers parts. Please take it out on your grill manufacturer. Sounds like it was their fault and the store owners tried there best to make it right. You maybe only 5 minutes away, but no one makes house call for free. You could have come and picked it up for free and installed it yourself, but maybe that was too much for you.
