We walked in needing a service that would take a while, and as we entered the store, Viviana was extremely sweet and welcoming, not irritated or annoyed by us walking in 5 minutes before closing whatsoever. She thoroughly helped us and went above and beyond, regardless of her mother and store manager asking her when she will be leaving work. “This pharmacy is good. Publix free prescriptions for certain conditions (such as antibiotics, high blood pressure medications, diabetes, and a few others) is of great help. Do expect to wait several hours a lot of the time, unfortunately, but free prescriptions rival the wait times. The staff is friendly, courteous, and customer centered.”
