“I was very impressed with the owner and what he did for me. I had already been to two other jewelry places here in Turlock and had been very disappointed in what they said. I had two pieces of jewelry that I asked about repairs, and I was hoping to get it done before leaving on a cruise at the end of the next week, so about 7-8 days. The quotes I got were astounding! The claimed work that would be needed, parts to replace and order, time needed was going to be at least a month to get finished and cost more than $760! I went to Mr. Martinez and I'm so happy I did. He looked at both pieces of jewelry, a set of diamond earrings and a necklace with a loose stone. After examination, he said he could have both repairs done by Tuesday of the next week, AND, the cost was only $43.00!!! I was astounded and relieved that he could do this. Then came the biggest surprise of all!! Suddenly he said, if you have a few minutes to wait, I'll do it all for you right now. I spent approximately 30 minutes in his shop and am very happy with the quality and care of my jewelry. Needles to say, I know that what he did for me is not the usual, but I so appreciate his thoughtfulness. I told him to bump the payment to $50. It was well deserved!! I'll definitely be returning to him for other repairs that are needed.”

“Love cheese? I do. Just as you're coming into Oakdale is this wonderful little place. The parking lot has some shaded spaces from the solar panels. We stopped by on a Sunday late afternoon. There were a few people in the store when we got there, but it wasn't crowded. We picked out some cheese and each ordered a grilled Gouda cheese on sourdough and a drink. Would have enjoyed sitting outside to have our grilled cheesy goodness, but we didn't have the time and ate in the car.”

“Sales rep was informative, easy to talk to, friendly and did not pressure us at all to buy their system. He was respectful of our home taking his shoes off prior to entering and left them outside even though I insisted he could bring his shoes inside. Kinetico non electric water system sells itself along with RO system. Signing up for financing was easy. We were contacted by someone for scheduling who was very nice. She reached out again to inform us they had a last minute opening to move our install date sooner which we accepted. I asked if she could relay to the installer not to knock on the door in the morning as my young children would still be sleeping. I really appreciated the message being relayed to the installer when he arrived. Installer was on time and considerate of noise as much as possible remembering our children were still sleeping. He was also very nice and explained the install process before starting. After water softener and RO system was installed he walked through each system with me to make sure I understood how to operate it incase of issues or signs of service needed etc prior to leaving. Only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 is because the installer left screws on the ground of the garage, didn’t sweep debri on garage floor same with the laundry room area where they had to drill through the drywall and left an old plumbing part in my sink. I don’t believe it was ill intended because he was very nice and install of systems looked nice so he may have just forgotten. It was just unfortunate I had to clean up after he left. Overall I’m still very happy I went with AAA waters and look forward to our new water systems.”

“I just recently hired Zack's Handyman & Construction to widen the entry our small room in our formal living room. Zack (the owner) is very professional as well as his crew who worked on the site. The best thing I like about this Handyman apart from doing an excellent job is his honesty and flexibility to last minute changes of the job as we had some thoughts about the outcome after the entry was widened. Zack listened to our concern and accepted these latest changes; he came up with a great idea and turned our small room into a beautiful extended formal living room! My husband and I are very happy with the excellent job they did and we will definitely hire Zack's Handyman again in the future. Not only they do a great job but they are also very reasonable as far as the cost of their services and they are able to finish the job on time per our agreement. We were very pleased with what we purchased.
