Andrew and Grace's coaching is empowering and fierce as well as encouraging and compassionate. During my initial intake, Andrew expressed the importance of daily meditation and proper nutrition as integral pieces of the program in creating a healthy and stable routine to support a well-rounded life - what great harmony, which as a student of yoga I greatly aligned with. The community at BSP continues to cultivate an environment of togetherness, striving for a wholesome state of being. “Trish has been cutting my hair a for over 5 years. She is amazing. I have fine, wavy hair which seems like it would be easy to cut...but.is.not. Trish gets it right every time. She has been cutting hair for over 20 years at high end salons in Mill Valley. I also get color from Tiffany. Again, amazing. Great highlights. When I recently decided to go darker she chose just the right color. Not too dark, not too red but just the right warm brown. Love Salt and Honey.”
