The only issue we had was with a very large homeless population in the area - they are literally in the road on your way into the entrance, and the exterior door areas all smell like someone has used the bathroom right next to it. “My son and I rented the 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen and fireplace. Can’t say enough good things! It was clean and cozy! The beds were comfy, too. The owners were lovely and helpful. Their breakfast was delicious! We stayed for three days at Christmas - so the town was quiet but there are plenty of good restaurants in the area and lots of great places to hike both in the redwoods and on the coast!”

“Had a great experience there! Went for a flight tour and had a great time. It was much more then I expected. The staff were amazing and sweet. Our pilot was very skilled and fun. He is a cargo pilot for Atlas Air and he is a flight instructor on his days off. It was a very hands on experience. The pilot did a very good job at involving us during the flight. For example, he explained very clearly the controls of the airplane and also he let me control the airplane during some of the flight. He was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to some very interesting places. In the office they also had the sweetest dogs ever. All in all it was an experience of a life time. I highly recommend them whether you want to see the beautiful Sonoma Valley from above or you are just a plane lover (like me:).”

“The staff was very helpful and understanding to my daughter and I when we came in after an auto accident. The PA Marisa King was amazing. She made the both of us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She explained to me that I may have broke my wrist and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The support staff, from the gentleman that gave me my tetnas shot to the woman that helped with my wrist made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing to me. They definitely put our minds at ease!!”
