“I love it here. The apartments are beautiful but the best thing is the staff! The maintenance crew is so nice and responsive and on top of that they're sweet to my overly curious cats who want to be all up in their business as they fix things or replace lightbulbs or whatever. Then there's Jacqueline and Steven who run everything and are the most accommodating and helpful. I've never lived in an apartment where I got to know the people running it but it's been so lovely. Unfortunately I got a new job that moves me up north so I'm moving. It really feels like leaving neighborhood friends, they are that great”

“My son and I rented the 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen and fireplace. Can’t say enough good things! It was clean and cozy! The beds were comfy, too. The owners were lovely and helpful. Their breakfast was delicious! We stayed for three days at Christmas - so the town was quiet but there are plenty of good restaurants in the area and lots of great places to hike both in the redwoods and on the coast!”

Jerry has for many years now, been a very nice and accommodating landlord. You will have no problems dealing with this company if you do your part and pay your rent. “The staff here have been nothing short of amazing as has my experience here. This place is magical and has changed my life for the better!! The cabins are cute cozy and feel like home. The people here are all sweet, and for the first time in a long time I have found some authentic human beings! I want to stay for longer than I had originally anticipated because of how amazing my experience has been. I would recommend the Riverlane Resort to anyone that wants and is open to new beautiful experiencences in life. I cannot put into words how life changing this place and the people have been here. “The staff was very helpful and understanding to my daughter and I when we came in after an auto accident. The PA Marisa King was amazing. She made the both of us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She explained to me that I may have broke my wrist and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The support staff, from the gentleman that gave me my tetnas shot to the woman that helped with my wrist made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing to me. They definitely put our minds at ease!!”

“Lived here summer of 2020 and had an excellent experience. Management was super easy to work with and very accommodating as I needed a shorter lease with two garages - Ashley, Aly and Amanda were great. My son, dog and I had a two bed, two bath. Loved that the apartments were newer, very modern and had granite countertops. Pricing was competitive at the time I shopped around. Everything worked great and was *super* clean. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The doggie trash bag stations were brilliant for easy disposal. The management hosted a free summer concert for residents only with Thompson Square which was awesome! Some reviews complained of noise, but who doesn't get that when living in apartments? I didn't find any of it excessive or annoying. It was super quiet at night for great sleeping. I also didn't find anything falling apart in my apt or building as others have stated. Love the location as it's close to everything you need but with that small town feel. Easy to get in and out of and walking distance to MacDaro's was a plus. If I ever need an apartment again I will definitely be back to lease here again.”
