“I'm doing the weeklong free trial and have gone 4 days straight now. I can't speak highly enough about this fitness studio, and I'll try to break down why: The workout: 45 min HIIT classes with focuses on cardio, resistance, or hybrid, depending on the day. You'll rotate through several different stations with a unique exercise at each. Everyday the workout has been very different, keeping things fresh. It's INTENSE, but it's only what you can handle. The coaches WILL help you modify any and all exercises with no issue. It begins with a quick demo of each exercise, then quick warmup, then straight into it. They have every exercise demonstration playing on screens throughout the studio so you never get lost. You also often get paired up with someone that you'll go through the entire workout with, which helps for form and fun. The coaches: Troy has been awesome! Incredibly friendly and cracks jokes during the workout. Even with that, he's very serious about making sure that people are doing the exercises with proper form (and is really good about coming up with modifications, easier or harder). He's really good about coming around to each person throughout the workout and making sure they're doing all right. I'm sure all the other coaches are the same way. The studio: Always clean, wiped down. Never felt crowded. They also have 2 bathrooms, one of which also has a shower. The VIBE: The classes are intimate. People who come are super friendly! Everyone's giving high fives at the end of class, and you make friends with people bc everyone ends up being regulars. It's a really fun, no-ego atmosphere where everyone's just trying their best to get the best workout. Folks push and help each other in a noncompetitive way. Troy even brought homemade fudge for everyone on the Christmas Eve class. Try to convince me that ain't special.”

“Dr. Orr and her staff are extraordinary. They are a well oiled team with one fundamental goal at the fore of why they exist - to keep my family healthy. Dr. Orr is not only highly accomplished and knowledgeable on a wide range of medical matters, she's insightful, intuitive and compassionate. Whether we're managing appointments and insurance with the front desk, sharing our medical concerns with her phenomenal assistant Melissa, or being examined by Dr. Orr, we are confident that we are in the best hands and that she and her staff will do what it takes to remedy whatever it was that initiated our visit. While visiting with Dr. Orr it's as if I am her ONLY concern and that nothing and no one exists outside the examination room. Logically, I know Dr. Orr has other patients to attend to, but she make me feel as if I'm her only patient and spends as much time with me as my medical concern requires. In my short sixty years of seeing doctors I have never experienced anything like it. Anyone can find and pay for a competent doctor, but it's a rarity to discover someone who excels AND genuinely cares. My family, mother-in-law, and I all rely on Dr. Orr for our primary care and could not recommend her any more enthusiastically.”

“I have been taking my boys to Dr. Lin since he took over the practice nearly 10 years ago. After reading a recently posted Yelp review, I would like to share my experiences. Dr. Lin and his staff have become like family to us. He spends time getting to know his patients and parents (not only what's going on health wise, but also about their interests, hobbies, school life, sports, etc). My children have always LOVED going to see Dr. Lin. He has a wonderful bedside manner telling jokes, talking video games, Star Wars, movies, etc. When my boys were younger, he always had a special toy surprise waiting for them. He is never rushed and spends ample time to offer a thorough exam, provide an accurate diagnosis and is never hesitant to give a referral when necessary. We have had several experiences of the "emergency" nature and Dr. Lin has always been level headed, attentive, and prompt to respond. Many times we have received follow up phone calls on weekends or after hours to ensure the boys are are responding to their treatment and are improving. Kelly, Liz, and the rest of the office staff are amazing, incredibly helpful and offer a prompt response to any prescription, referral, or insurance question. His colleague Dr. Young is every bit as wonderful. They are available day or night for any after hours issues and are always ready to evaluate and offer an immediate course of action. Dr. Lin is very special to our family. As my boys are in their mid-teens we will be sad when it is time to move on. I am sure we will never find another physician as wonderful as Dr. Lin. He is a fine doctor and a genuine asset to the Saddleback Valley community.”

“Dr. Julie Malley DC is a Saint! She had been working hard all day and was able to squeeze me in... I WAS IN SOOOO MUCH PAIN. If she had not helped me I would have ended up at Hoag or Scripp Hospital totally drugged up. Instead she listened, asked key questions, examined my back and leg and then went to work on me. I was surprised how much attention, time and effort she poured into me... she really cared! I am a big guy and I came in crying like a baby with unbelievable pain and I walked out with significantly less pain. We met again the next day for a tune up and she suggested a MRI when I got back to my home on Maui. I can see why major sports organizations use her for their teammates - she is a excellent doctor who knows how to help her clients. 5+++ Stars!”
