“It was a very stressful time when my Dad, Raymond Fico, at the age of 97 broke his hip. Dr. Duggan called me after reviewing my dad's case and told me what to expect. The day of the surgery when I met Dr. Duggan, he was beyond wonderful. He was kind, gentle, and very compassionate towards my dad and my family. After the surgery, which turned out to be a minor hip repair, he embraced our family and assured us that everything was fine. I highly recommend Dr. Duggan. A wonderful man and surgeon.”

“Dr. Orr and her staff are extraordinary. They are a well oiled team with one fundamental goal at the fore of why they exist - to keep my family healthy. Dr. Orr is not only highly accomplished and knowledgeable on a wide range of medical matters, she's insightful, intuitive and compassionate. Whether we're managing appointments and insurance with the front desk, sharing our medical concerns with her phenomenal assistant Melissa, or being examined by Dr. Orr, we are confident that we are in the best hands and that she and her staff will do what it takes to remedy whatever it was that initiated our visit. While visiting with Dr. Orr it's as if I am her ONLY concern and that nothing and no one exists outside the examination room. Logically, I know Dr. Orr has other patients to attend to, but she make me feel as if I'm her only patient and spends as much time with me as my medical concern requires. In my short sixty years of seeing doctors I have never experienced anything like it. Anyone can find and pay for a competent doctor, but it's a rarity to discover someone who excels AND genuinely cares. My family, mother-in-law, and I all rely on Dr. Orr for our primary care and could not recommend her any more enthusiastically.”

“I have been taking my boys to Dr. Lin since he took over the practice nearly 10 years ago. After reading a recently posted Yelp review, I would like to share my experiences. Dr. Lin and his staff have become like family to us. He spends time getting to know his patients and parents (not only what's going on health wise, but also about their interests, hobbies, school life, sports, etc). My children have always LOVED going to see Dr. Lin. He has a wonderful bedside manner telling jokes, talking video games, Star Wars, movies, etc. When my boys were younger, he always had a special toy surprise waiting for them. He is never rushed and spends ample time to offer a thorough exam, provide an accurate diagnosis and is never hesitant to give a referral when necessary. We have had several experiences of the "emergency" nature and Dr. Lin has always been level headed, attentive, and prompt to respond. Many times we have received follow up phone calls on weekends or after hours to ensure the boys are are responding to their treatment and are improving. Kelly, Liz, and the rest of the office staff are amazing, incredibly helpful and offer a prompt response to any prescription, referral, or insurance question. His colleague Dr. Young is every bit as wonderful. They are available day or night for any after hours issues and are always ready to evaluate and offer an immediate course of action. Dr. Lin is very special to our family. As my boys are in their mid-teens we will be sad when it is time to move on. I am sure we will never find another physician as wonderful as Dr. Lin. He is a fine doctor and a genuine asset to the Saddleback Valley community.”
