“My wife and I haven't been to Tommy's Family Restaurant for years this is our first time in years. We were surprised interior looks different more modern we like it. We came here to have breakfast then we got seated right away then the hostess hand us the menu. My wife was looking at the menu then she decided order a bowl of albondiga soup and then she order a chorizo plate then I order chili Verde with egg on top. They brought the food fast and the food looks really good then I took a bite of chili Verde with pork it was amazing good and it have a kick to it mean it was spicy but good. The rice and bean were very good lots of flavors in the rice and bean including the eggs it add more flavor to the meal. My wife enjoy her albondiga soup and the chorizo plate next time we need to come again and try different items on the menu.”

“I visited Duck House Restaurant to meet with my previous supervisor, and she picked a corner table up front that was very private, quiet and bright. We ordered several items on the menu. I had never had Peking Duck so she showed me how to wrap it and eat it. Basically into the rice skin, with onions and sauce. We also tried a pulled tofu dish, the green bean pork, a crispy rice pancake, and eggplant dish. Everything was delicious.”

“Best Bun Bo Hue in town!!! Bun Bo Hue is the recommended bowl of noodle soup on the menu. You can order a small or large bowl. I personally like to order the large bowl but substitute the bun noodle with pho noodle. I highly recommend you try it. Just order Pho Bo Hue instead of Bun Bo Hue. The pho noodle offers a chewy texture which I like. I decline the cooked pork blood cubes which it comes with and opt for an extra pig knuckle instead. Don't forget to ask for the complimentary egg roll. They also have one of best shrimp egg rolls in town!!! The Bun Bo Hue soup is just plain delicious with authentic Vietnamese flavor. Be sure to add the veggies (thin cut lettuce, cabbage, bean sprout and spear mint) and let them soak in the hot soup. Squeeze some lemon into the bowl and enjoy a delicious bowl of sliced beef, pig knckles and pho noodle soup. Perfect for the blizzard cold weather that's been blanketing SoCal. The restaurant is cozy with seating inside and patio seating outside. Parking is limited inside the plaza so street parking is recommended. Restaurant closes at 6pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. The owner and staff are friendly and nice. This is one of my favorite restaurants.”

“Thai Paradise is awesome. Great place for lunch with a pretty big lunch special menu. From what I can tell it’s 7 days a week including weekends. We got the pad Thai and basil chicken with a skewers plate as an app. The pad Thai was my favorite. Tasty. Seasoned. The service was great. The entire staff is friendly and there are plenty of tables. Parking is fine with a multi level parking structure behind the restaurant. Overall: Will return for some Thai food.”

“This Monterey Park institution is famous for their spicy Green Chile Burritos. I got their #8 Burrito plate and it was fantastic. The burrito had some serious heat and the rice & beans tasted fresh and homemade. There are a few tables outside to eat next to the small parking lot. Definitely will be back.”

“Literally just left from Beard Papa's and the staff was so very friendly and nice! It was a great experience. I ordered a bunch of cream puffs for my birthday and chatted a little bit. “My family and I have been coming here since forever. Location used to be a couple blocks away and already moved to here for quite some time. We love this place and it's got a nice shaved ice and milk tea area in the back. Price is per plate for meats, veggies, noodles and desserts. Yeah some things do feel a bit pricy but the unlimited soup, rice and porridge makes up for it along with the 20% off for lunch!!”
