“Got the #1 Slider & Fries (extra hot) & Steve's fries (Hot). The CRUNCH. It was juicy inside & had the best crunch of all the chicken I've had. Seasoning was good & came with a tiny bun. Extra hot wasn't that intense if you're used to spicy food. Fries were crispy & tasty. Sauce is ok, didn't like it too much but the food was good without it (not sure what seasoning it was I didn't like). Steve's Fries were yummy & fun to eat; had nice flavor with soft Mac & cheese. Staff was ok. It's a cute small place located on the corner with about 10 tables outside in a bright yellow cute area. No bathroom or inside area. Prices are fair for the portions. The parking lot is pretty tiny, but there's parking available on the street too. I definitely going back for that crunch.”

“It's a nice owner owned cafe/restaurant with a nice ambiance. We were there for Sunday morning breakfast. From the beginning, staff and swerver were very attentive. We really enjoyed the decor and food. Food was delicious and also very nicely presented. Our server was attentive and brought us freshly brewed batch of coffee for refills. They had a live saxophonist playing a mellow jazz music for brunch hours. Looking forward to returning and trying their lunch and dinner too.”

“I love these burritos. They have burgers & other things on the menu, but I haven't gotten past the burritos. Generously sized; loaded w/rice & beans, cilantro & onion, many choices of meat. And here is the kicker-- American Cheese! I know it isn't traditional, but it is super delicious. Patio seating only, so it is definitely fair weather dining for me. But the patio is clean and covered, and I think this is the best burrito in this part of town.”

“Of course it’s time of the year again and we all wanted the honey baked ham. Yes, went there and bought 7.4lbs ham, prime rib and tri tip plus other stuff beans gravy bread and mustard. The cashier was nice to give everything I wanted. The line was not really that long like when I used to go there. As always honey baked ham is recommended and this place is good if you want some of those. Keep up the good work.👍🏻”

Located on Honolulu in the heart of Montrose just west of Ocean View on the north side. The restaurant def has a vibe and consistent theme. Outdoor seating as well. Very friendly, and kind staff. Pizza was made fresh and quickly (less than 15 min.). Metered Parking is available out front…but is usually pretty packed. There is a bank lot across the street that can be used off bank hours. We got the pepperoni cup speciality (onions and garlic), and the veggie lovers; both on one crust! We got the 18 inch to go, and it was about $36 with tip and tax.”

Thankfully (sorry Persians!) they do not insist on using ranch dressing and ketchup on their pies, Sipan instead passes out a healthy amount of their homemade spicy chipotle sauce. “We met the founder of PokiTomik at this location and he made our sushi burritos for us!!! We had flown from Seattle to taste these popular dishes, and we were not disappointed. The powdered Cheetos add a wonderful spice to the outside of these big sushi rolls. The fish and crab tasted incredibly fresh. Combined with the mango chunks, and delicious sauces, it was difficult to not wolf down. Would definitely go again, but this time we'd bring more people. Hope this chain makes its way up to Seattle!”
