“Never have any issues with delays or lay overs. It's such a quiet place it's almost kind of strange. I've probably flown out of here 10 times and always smooth transactions. Even when I pick up friends or family it's easy as pie. It's clean and the employees are helpful but everything is pretty self explanatory. Parking is not an issue and the cell phone parking area is close to pick up. No complaints.”

He was pleasant, light hearted, and so very positive! “Service was very fast and the employee met me right outside the door. Unfortunately the first car that was given to me the a/c stopped working as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I returned to Enterprise and spoke to the manager who got me a replacement asap and also upgraded me to a much nicer car. Very happy with there service and I will be returning to rent from them again. Thanks guys!”

On our 11:45 Sunday shuttle ride, he showed genuine empathy toward those who could not fit on the shuttle and reassured them the next would come promptly, communicated well as to which lot was next on the route, and went the extra step of carrying luggage to the individuals’ vehicles as he wished them well. A good man to have on your staff.”

“The staff was awesome. They had a room available ahead of check in time and they allowed me to get into the room early which was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was good. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. The pool was heated, so we were able to use it after dark and had gotten cool outside. I have stayed here one other time before this stay. I would stay there again.”
