He was pleasant, light hearted, and so very positive! He made me smile while we were talking, both times. 1, while I was deciding which Hilton property to book, and 2 when I called back to secure a specific type of room. Top notch customer service. “The staff was awesome. They had a room available ahead of check in time and they allowed me to get into the room early which was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was good. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. The pool was heated, so we were able to use it after dark and had gotten cool outside. I have stayed here one other time before this stay. I would stay there again.”
