“MILITARY FRIENDLY! excellent service, price, and overall pleasant experience. Night and day difference from the truck I left with them versus the truck I came back home to. Some background to my situation. I was about to go overseas for several months and my truck was in bad shape. I reached out to Tom as a hail mary in hopes that my truck could be fixed by the time I returned. Tom drove out to me to assess the damage and give me an estimate for the work that would need to be done. By the end of our encounter, my mind was put as ease that Tom and the Twisted Metal team were the ones who were gonna do this thing right. Throughout my time away, Tom and Tanja kept me updated on progress and showed me pictures as my truck got collision repair work done and a fresh paint job. They do it right! With each update, I grew more and more restless to come home and see my truck. When I finally got back, WOW! My truck is breathtaking and was done exactly how I liked it. “I lived at The View at Catalina for about two years and really enjoyed my time there. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are laid out really well. I always loved seeing the complex when I was a child because of the huge trees so when I moved out on my own it seemed fitting that it was the best apartment that I looked at. I had a top floor apartment with a two bed one bath floor plan. The closet attached to my bedroom was so big it could have been a third room! I did had a few odd experiences while I was there. I got an English Bulldog while I was living at The View, and at the time you had to take a new dog to meet the office staff. When I took him in the man working told me that I couldn't have a pit bull and an English Bulldog was a type of Pitbull... it most certainly is not. That was cleared up pretty quickly at least. I also had a few instances where noise complaints were filed against me, but I wouldn't find out about it until I called the office for something. I would think if people were concerned about the amount of noise I was making, the complex would want me to know. Other than that stuff, the staff was generally very pleasant. All in all, I am not sure what the state of the apartment complex is now, but I can say when I was there it was a very nice place to live.”

Two very professional, nice, respectful guys showed up to move our stuff and we are so thankful for that. We searched several companies in our area and everyone charged SO MUCH. “My experience with this location has been great!!! The staff here is so friendly and positive. I've had about 6 office visits here now, and they really do their best to get to you as soon as possible, but I notice sometimes they get a little backed up, but I personally have never had to wait more than 25 minutes. I paid only $39 for my cleaning with AHCCCCS and my filings were approximately $60 each out of pocket. Very reasonable and now I'm on top of my dental health. Thanks”

“My finace and I come into this store often to get booster packs and things like sleeves and card storage boxes. The guys are always really welcoming and nice. Saw a couple of reviews that stated bad customer service but we've been frequenting this place for months and that has never been the case with us. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice. And clubhouse was nice. I've seen much much worse. A park is only as good as its owners and managers. Diamond Grove is a decent park to live in.”

“We were on a cross country trip from Prescott AZ to Savannah GA. An hour east of Tucson we heard a loud clunk in the vicinity of the right front wheel. We couldn’t determine what it was but it clunked loudly over every little bump in the road. We returned to the Tucson KOA where we contacted a mobile tech. He found that the steering stabilizer spring was cracked and broken. He had a contact at Freedom RV and he said they could get to it Monday at 0830. Only two business days! That’s unheard of! We arrived this morning and we’re greeted by the tech there named Woody. VERY knowledgeable! He removed the stabilizer and I test drove it. Sadly, the clunk was still there. I picked up Woody and went for a drive. After just a few minutes, he said, “I think I know what that is.” And he did. There is a coach support truss that bolts to the Motorhome chassis and the bolts had back off approximately .5 inch! He said it’s a known problem on the Ford chassis. We were fixed and out of there in around 30 minutes! I wish I knew the name of the nice person at the counter. She was very nice and they all seems to care that we got back on our trip. Usually, I am loath to go to an RV place but these folks were different. A totally great experience. Thank you Freedom RV!!!!”

“Not having tinted windows was becoming a big issue as the summer got into full swing. I discussed pricing, and they even afforded me a veteran discount. They came to my house making it very convenient, and tinted the car inside my garage. Took a little longer than I anticipated, but perfection can't be rushed. The tint job looks amazing, and she cleaned up after herself. I highly recommend this place for your tinting needs. I'll be coming back if I ever have another tinting need. A+++ service.”
