“OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! First time in for dinner on a Sunday night. Assumed I'd be walking into your typical neighborhood sports bar. Expecting loud, cramped and busy. You know what they say about assuming!!!!! It's a seat yourself place where you do not have to turn sideways to walk between tables!! It's clean and the chairs don't match. Which I love. You can easily tell that the owners care more about the neighborhood and the neighbors than spending way too much money on matching chairs. There was only 1 server tonight. Yes, 1. Her name is Isabelle and she was AMAZING!!! There is a pool table, a pinball machine and CORK dart boards!!! Quirky and interesting decor, it was not freezing cold inside, the bathroom was clean, the bartenders helpful and friendly (don't skimp on liquor in drinks) and holy God the food..... The FOOD!!!! Mozzarella sticks, Garlic Butter Burger with wedges and Ugly Steak Sandwich with tots. My 19 year old and I love Mozz sticks and the ones at Thirsty's are by far, the BEST we've ever had. The Burger was perfection on a bun. The ugly steak sammie..... WOW! Those tater tots? I was to full to finish them, had like 6-8 tots left on my plate....Guys, I asked for box and took those glorious 6 tots home. This is a place I can take my 84 year old Mom to, a place I can take my 4 & 6 year old nephews to and this is a place that I would feel completely safe being alone warming a bar stool as a woman. As a past server and bartender myself, I'm picky. Really picky. Thirsty's is a spot that my normally social anxiety riddled 19 year old daughter said she would be okay to chill alone at a table, enjoy amazing food and actually pull out her sketchbook and get lost in her art for an hour or two. I'll be going back. Often. I must try all the things, play all the games, meet all the people and finally be able to say "my home bar is Thirsty's"!”

“When we started our wedding planning process we knew we wanted a caterer that was unique and true to us and our vibe. We are a pizza loving family and when we first had Fiamme Pizza at the farmer's market we knew we had to have them cater our wedding. Scott and his team showed up and showed out on our big day. From the appetizers at our cocktail hour to the dinner buffet everything was perfect. The timing and pacing of the buffet was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We had several local guests ask us where their brick and mortar was because they couldn't wait to have Fiamme again. It was so cool to have them in the reception space with us making pies in the wood fired pizza oven. Their prices are very fair and they will not disappoint. I would highly recommend using Fiamme's catering services at your next event!”

The lasagna dinner is the regular portion but feeds 3 people. They offer family portions if necessary. The prices are very affordable and the quality is a 10! Customer service is impeccable. This is our new favorite restaurant for authentic Italian food!”

“This is a small, neighborhood Sam's. It's got three pool tables, one Shuffleboard, and Darts, that all cost money. The staff are decent, kinda rushed based on how busy they are, so sometimes it takes a while to get their attention. The food is okay and the prices are reasonable. You can choose to play your own music so that's kinda fun! Very dark and mellow but cozy and comfortable.”

“Stopped here when a restaurant down the road had a 30 minute wait. This was a great find. Service was quick and food good. We ordered the swiss and scallion quiche, the bacon and cheddar quiche and avocado toast. Both quiches were tasty. Avocado toast had great fresh ingredients, but lacked taste. Probably just needed a little salt and pepper but none were on the outside tables. Will be back.”

“My friends and I came here for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. We had seven people total and did four people to one pot and three people to the other. For the three of us, we got the two flavor base and a bunch of add ins. We all paid for the self serve sauce making station. If you have never done hotpot before, I highly recommend reading the review on Tucson Foodie posted by Jackie Tran. It outlines what you should expect, how to order, and what to get. We will definitely be coming back, though probably only for a special occasion because of the cost per person.”

“This is an amazing place. They really go above and beyond to help me stay healthy. If I need anything, they deliver it out to me, meet me curbside, and masked up always making me feel safe! Whenever they aren’t open, I call them and they open just me on Christmas, New Years, literally any day! It is crazy how much these guys care about their customers. You are in the right hands here. If there is an issue, talk to them because these guys want to make you as happy as possible. Get the crepes and waffles! Definitely their specialty. Oooh and the lemonades!”

It was cooked perfectly, crust fresh tasting and crisp bottom, lots of ingredients and gooey cheese. You can also order by the slice here and they are huge. They have a lunch special until 4pm one or two slices with a drink. You feel like you're going back in time to authentic New York Pizzeria. Nothing fancy, tables with bench seats, pick order up at counter, can be a little noisy at times as they have quite a few games for kids. They have pretty much stayed the same since 1974.. something to be said for nostalgia. Hence, since it's an old building the Air conditioning is pretty non-existence, but lots of fans. Otherwise Carry out and enjoy it at home.”
