The truck is available at some locations. They have monthly rental deals. They worked with me and they were understanding. I had a serious situation and they didn't take advantage of that. “I saw the other posts and wanted to be fair and post an honest review of this place. First off no place is perfect and if it was it would cost a lot more than Ranchwood. That being said most of my neighbors are older and I appreciate that they look out for our family and say hello when we go by. There are no drug dealers in the park, no gang members, or thieves. It is pretty close to shopping and schools. The pricing is fair and the manager goes thru daily to make sure there is no trash on the inside and outside of the park. There is no graffiti ever. They are pretty nice and fair as far as the rules go. The park is older and unfortunately there has to be rules so that the park does not look like the others on the outskirts. There are a few amenities like a club house with a pool table that we can use anytime and the management has BBQs every so often. (Twice since we have been here) that's pretty nice considering most places don't give you anything. I also like the fact that everyone owns their units so people try to take care of their places pretty good. I like it here and my family feels safe.”
