“Hey Jesse, sorry for the delay in getting this review posted. There are three of us that are enjoying and showing off your artwork - you are creative, laid back but professional. Great personality and characteristics especially for people going in for their first tattoo. Aaron, Jesus, and myself, all received our first tattoos from you and we could not recommend you enough. Aaron and Jesus both went to your tattoo shop on a Friday and you were able to get them both in for their tattoos. When I saw your work on Jesus, it made my decision easy and I wanted to get one as well. The following week, on a Thursday, we made a trip to your shop and even though I did not have an appointment and you were booked through October, you were able to get my first tattoo designed and finished. We all thank you for your time. Your establishment is clean and welcoming. Your customer service is spot on from what we experienced. When Jesus and I walked in, you acknowledged us immediately and asked how you could help us. You were genuine in attitude. Not something commonly found in customer service today. When Jesus and Aaron came into your shop prior to that, Jesus said you were attentive and willing to work with them to get their tattoos designed and finished. You were suggestive but not pushy about designing the tattoos - giving the tattoos a little extra to make them unique. Thank you Jesse for your great customer service, attitude, and artwork. I have seen a PCP here I have been assigned a psychiatrist that I was not comfortable with and I was allowed to switch to another on call psychiatrist I am as a patient entitled to a caseworker not only monitors my progress and looks out for warning signs but earnestly cares calling to check up on me and following up with any concerns she may have had during our last discussion I have attended IOP classes that honestly changed my life the only thing I haven't experienced is the one-on-one therapy but I've heard great things the staff from the therapist to the case managers counselors and nurses for the pcps.Take all that amazing free/low cost service offered by great people, truly the heart of this establishment is most especially the front desk girls, Angel and Zoie are phenomenal they are the glue that holds that place together and they truly have a place in their hearts for all of us degenerate and defective people who come through their doors desperate for help.”
