“(At the sixth and I-10) They had previously messed up an order... The chicken was raw. With tomatoes. No problem called mgt we get a replacement fine.... A few days go by the wife really has a craving for that chicken so I go seriously out of my way to this Jack in the box made sure the lobby was open according to Google maps....however they locked the doors upon OUR arrival Barely after 8 I drive a large profile vehicle may not fit through the drive through so I call them and they refuse to answer the phone!!!!! IT MUST BE BUSINESS THEY DO NOT WANT, I WONDER WHAT THE OWNER WILL SAY. We did not just want a replacement we came to order....finally made it through the drive through... order was denied....... Replacement refused.. what the F##### WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE BURNING FUEL AND STILL NO FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO MGT ON SITE???? We went to the one at Valencia and I-10. Fast friendly customer service professional attitude the order made correctly the first time and the lobby was open and clean!!!! Those guys could learn a thing or two... scratch that A LOT THOSE GUYS COULD LEARN A LOT FROM YOU GUYS AT THIS LOCATION”
