“Regency Mortuary offered comfort and guidance during a very difficult and overwhelming time. I was admittedly in shock and denial…and the fact that at the time of my husband’s passing we were out of country and l was without family. I was alone and grieving….Chrystle Strippelman was my guiding light… She was so caring, respectful and so compassionate but most of all understanding of my distress and grief. Chrystle walked me through the process of bringing my husband back home to Canada…she talked me through options, explained what l would need to go through the cremation process etc. There was never pressure…just a lovely person who made this nightmare a bit more bearable…making the process easier… Chrystle was available at all times ..and it was comforting to acknowledge her as my resource person…she was there for me…through the inconsolable tears and pain. I feel that my husband was left in the care of people who cared…made the process feel more respectful to my husband…l feel he was treated with kindness and compassion…which in turn lightened my heart…💔 I would highly recommend their services. “The staff at the Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary and Cremation Center handled all of our funeral service and burial arrangements with the utmost professionalism, sensitivity, and care. And during the chapel service and burial service, they were most attentive, ensuring time and again that everything was in order and that our needs were met. All the details on the day of the funeral were flawless - chapel/casket setup, quality of flowers, transport to the burial site, the seating and canopy at the burial site, military honors, and the wonderful food and layout of the catering at the reception. Even details such as reserved parking for the family and golf cart transport were appreciated touches that all showed tremendous respect for the family and deceased. They did a fantastic job putting together the high-quality video which was played during the funeral service and reception. In short, the staff went beyond just being superbly professional - they were kind and really felt like family. Can't say enough!”

I was in shocked when he remembered my grandson from 10 years ago who died suddenly and also my son who I had to bury at only 32. The negative comments on here are just wrong.
