“I was very pleased with Jonah and the other associates I interacted with. My trouble began after they sent the applications to the insurance company that was to issue the policies. Not only did they not process my husband's policy with mine but they also billed my account after they made the error even though I specifically requested they wait until the next billing cycle to take the 1st payment for his policy. Though I understand mistakes happen, I do feel they should have honored my request to wait on the activation since they made the error initially.”

“Regency Mortuary offered comfort and guidance during a very difficult and overwhelming time. I was admittedly in shock and denial…and the fact that at the time of my husband’s passing we were out of country and l was without family. I was alone and grieving….Chrystle Strippelman was my guiding light… She was so caring, respectful and so compassionate but most of all understanding of my distress and grief. Chrystle walked me through the process of bringing my husband back home to Canada…she talked me through options, explained what l would need to go through the cremation process etc. There was never pressure…just a lovely person who made this nightmare a bit more bearable…making the process easier… Chrystle was available at all times ..and it was comforting to acknowledge her as my resource person…she was there for me…through the inconsolable tears and pain. I feel that my husband was left in the care of people who cared…made the process feel more respectful to my husband…l feel he was treated with kindness and compassion…which in turn lightened my heart…💔 I would highly recommend their services. He wrapped my mom in her favorite Disney blanket, after I told him she was always cold. She remained wrapped for her flight to California. Marty took over to care for her preparation, and again he was amazing, and got her to her final home. At some point we all need this service, and Abel is the best place to care for your precious loved ones. Prices are also amazing. I feel blessed We found Abel.”

Savanna was very patient as we waited for the approval and funds to come in. When we went to pick up my mother’s remains they again took their time explaining how how all the legalities work for taking the remains on a plane. I highly recommend A Wise Choice. They helped guide me through the process and answered all my questions. I was shocked that two weeks later they reached out to see how I was doing. “When my father passed away in 2018 we didn’t know where to begin. My son-in-law helped me contact Hansen Desert Hills. They had cared for his grandparents. From the first moment everyone was so kind. And arrangements were made easy. Then just this past May my husband passed away unexpectedly. Once again Lesa and everyone at Hansen’s provided caring, respectful and warm guidance. The service and reception was there and the staff helped our family set up a wonderful tribute backdrop for the service. The reception was also wonderful and the caterer easy to work with. They have even arranged counseling and words of encouragement for months now. We have visited the beautiful healing garden many times. Now once again we have had to call upon Hansen. Our mother passed away early early morning of Christmas Eve. The young man who came in the middle of the night to get her was so considerate and gentle. Lesa, Joy and everyone took the time to help us through the holidays. My family has been blessed to have been led to Hansen Desert Hills. We know we will always be able to count on them.
