To summarize my two birth experiences, I'd say Midwife Miss Rachel is pure magic.✨ I just had my third child under the care and assistance of Midwife Rachel. She also assisted with my second child on my previous pregnancy. I cannot express how wonderful both experiences were! The prenatal care is unlike any health care I've ever had. I feel so appreciative of her personalized care and home visits during both pregnancies. I knew my newest baby bean would have the most amazing and holistic experience the moment I found out I was expecting another just two years after my second son was born. Midwife Rachel and her colleagues are beyond kind and empathetic. They share this vibrant, beautiful energy that naturally will ease any discomfort or wild, silly pregnancy questions or inquiries. The postpartum phase of pregnancy is filled with healing and wellness through Midwife Rachel's tips and natural remedies, I know I recovered so quickly due to Midwife Rachel's teachings and years of intelligence and experiences. Midwife Rachel warmly counseled me through my first home birth of my newest bundle on May 7, 2022. I had my baby girl in such a calm setting, a dream of a relaxing natural water birth. I am forever thankful for her and her colleague Miss Mary. I will forever and always forward any expecting mommy to be towards the wonderful care of Midwife Rachel at Traditional Roots Midwifery. I hope to work with Midwife Rachel again for every future pregnancy, the best part of my most recent pregnancy were her kind visits and compassion. “If I could give more stars, I would. I took my first class here this past Saturday and here is my review: I arrived about 20 mins before class. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a kind and welcoming woman who turned out to be the part owner. She checked me in for class and got me situated with the layout of the studio. The studio was beautifully laid out and decorated-and it smelled wonderful! The ladies bathroom and shower area had various amenities, like feminine and hair care products that I did not expect to see. It was a nice, personal touch that made me feel like I was at home. I was then introduced to my instructor, Lauren. She got me situated on my bike and helped me fit it for my height and arm reach. After ensuring I felt comfortable, it was time for class to start. The hour long class was fantastic! Lauren’s energy was infectious and her playlist was 🔥! The lighting was fun and often went along with the feeling of the music. At times it was a little difficult to hear Lauren’s instructions over the music but I’m a bit hard of hearing when there is a lot of other noise going on. It wasn’t a hinderance, though, as I was able to get the gist of what she was instructing us to do by following her lead. When class was over, showers were available on site for anyone that wanted to use them. I bypassed the showers, grabbed my stuff, thanked everyone for a great experience, and left the studio. Later that day, I received an email with the metrics from my ride. This was a pleasant surprise and definitely added to my positive view of my ride that morning. Fast forward to yesterday, 3 days after my ride, I checked my mail and received something from Vib Cycle. To my pleasant surprise, it was a hand written card thanking me for coming to my first ride with the studio. A HAND WRITTEN card!! It also had a promotional sticker which I promptly attached to my water bottle. I was so moved by this personal touch that I thought it only appropriate to share my fantastic experience on here. Needless to say, I will be riding with Vib Cycle again in the near future and encourage everyone to give them a chance by experiencing it first hand.”
