They helped check out our little Nelson promptly, took the time necessary to thoroughly explain possible areas of concern, and presented us with options which allowed us to make an informed decision. Our entire experience was positive and we felt the staff was professional and courteous to the highest degree. From now on, this will be our go to care provider when time is of the essence. *side note- We’ve read many negative reviews of this business (which it is just that, a business with employees whom all need to get paid). Surprisingly enough, the majority of these negative reviews seem to center on financial concerns. We felt that the price we were presented with was both reasonable and affordable, especially considering the nature and timing of our visit. “Hillside Family Medicine is closed during lunch hours. If you're looking for a doctor, but you need flexibility due to your schedule then consider Hillside Family Medicine. I work late hours, so I can only see a doctor near 5 PM or on weekends. Hillside Family Medicine always does their best to get me an appointment the next day or during that week.
