“It is all about the instructors and flow in the classes for me. I am motivated by good music greatly choreographed to the workouts. Stephanie’s yoga classes are the best pf both! The membership is worth it to me just to have this perfect yoga experience twice a week! The Power class and Centurgy are my other two must haves, but sadly, this year I am not valuing the choice of music tracts picked, nor are the workouts flowing well or in tune with the music, and sometime too loud. I would love to help with the music, or just talk to Stephanie, to help these two classes get up to par as they used to be.”

“Superb fitness club. Locker room was very clean and well kept; employees busily bustled around to keep it in good condition. Locker room has both a steam room and sauna. Swimming pool has a deep end (about 11 feet) that you can dive into as well as 2 slides that enter in around the 6-8 foot depth. They offer rentals, and you can rent the pool for a party and have them blow up a bouncy pad that floats on the water. Staff was helpful and cordial.”

She listened with an open ear and made me feel comfortable from the start. Hope is amazing and professional. This is my first time at Massage Envy and definitely will not be my last. I'm not 100% sure but I think my masseuse was named Chanda and she did a really good job. I just wish that it could have been longer than an hour but Beggars can't be choosers right? I also love it they have an app so you can actually go online and you can book your appointment and you can actually mark down specific areas that you want targeted instead of having to call and wait on the phone for someone to answer and then having to explain yourself to them everything is online and it is wonderful.”
