“I was in Stow, Ohio over the weekend and found this awesome little coffee shop. I love a good coffee, it’s a thing that I enjoy. The Nervous Dog Coffee Bar was an absolutely delight to get a coffee. I will say this place was super busy, customers ordering at the counter & drive-thru. The staff did a fantastic job though, very friendly, helpful & got your order to you quickly. I went with my standard hot chocolate cappuccino & they had sandwich’s. So I ordered a “Golden Lab” which was an unbelievably tasty Turkey Club with veggies on it. I will say that I was one amazing sandwich, I very much enjoyed it. I was able to get a table to enjoy my meal & coffee. Your seating options with be tables, I found the chairs comfortable. I loved the atmosphere of this place, very relaxing & calm. A local artist had her paintings on display & for sale. The paintings were stunningly vibrant & used a brilliant paint. I really enjoyed my time & coffee here, I will definitely be returning for more coffee & tasty sandwiches. If you love a good coffee & sandwich’s, this is the place you must try.”

“Being new to the area we were driving around just site seeing and came across this place so we figured we would give it a try. “Lord Empanada is like one of those hole in a wall places that you need to know about. I say hole in the wall, because this place is a little hidden and I drove past it. The parking lot was small so you do need to find parking. There was a sign saying you can park across the street as well. Everyone I talked to was nice. The cashier I spoke with is approachable and fun to talk to. She was able to help me answer all my questions and provide recommendations. She knew her stuff. By the way, I loved the recommendations. I got the beef (the Empanada that started it all for Lord Empanada), birria (another recommendation), and an apple pie. The beef and the birria that were recommended were so delicious! The meat was tender, and they didn't skimp on the fillings. The chimichurri sauces that came with it were so good. I'd definitely buy it the next time I'm there. It tasted like it was infused with garlic and herbs. yum! The apple pie was ok and not a favorite. I should have gone savory instead of sweet. But my friend did compare it to tasting like a McDonald's apple pie, so it wasn't bad tasting. Just not for me. Overall, I will definitely come back if I'm in the area. Another one to add to the books. Come check them out! I didn't dine in and did take out. It's still delicious, even when I ate it later.”

“Our GREAT CANADIAN HOLIDAYS motor coach tour with 36 passengers including the driver and Tour Director dined here last night. Plenty of parking space available for coaches. Our 56 passenger PREVOST coach had plenty of space to offload at the entrance. The tables were set with salad, water and wine glasses when we arrived at 5:30pm and the meals came out within a few minutes. They were served hot and tasty. A complimentary glass of wine,tea, coffee,coke product was included in our Group dining package. The owner/entertainer/singer/songwriter Rebecca was singing at the piano when we arrived and continued through until we left at 7:15pm. We did a bit of a singalong and our pax really enjoyed it. Whether a large or small group She Sings Cafe is a wonderful dining option for all passengers.”

“We were camping at Lake Towakani and it was too cold to cook at camp. One of the things we like to do while visiting the state parks is find local restaurants and support them. We are glad we did. 4 breakfasts and a small pecan pie, and slice of berry crumble pie was $69. Which seemed reasonable. Our server was spot on with the coffee and drink refills. Our food did take a little bit to come out but we were not in a rush and it was good to get out of the cold. Would visit again if we were in the area!”

“We have eaten here more than 10x. T2Potrillos became our favorite go-to Mexican restaurant because of the quality of their food and service. Ok, so service is not always consistent - depending on the personnel. Sometimes they are slow, at times they get easily distracted; but I can tell they are doing their best to serve customers. Our favorite is always the Al Pastor, Lengua, Cabeza even though we order others (carnitas, sopes, etc). We enjoy the 3 Taco plates, but at times, we add the burrito also. Ambience is VERY BUSY. There is always a long queue, albeit fast. Sometimes customers do not pay attention when they get called - thus, delaying the waiting line of other customers. Overall, T.2.Potrillos is a great QSR I wish will open more branches. I would be delighted to serve them in their expansion pursuits!”

The bartender that night, young blonde girl, I didn't get her name (maybe Sam) was rushed off her feet yet remained calm and collected. She was attentive and nice and just about the best bartender we have seen up here. The food was a bit higher priced than other places, but I would definitely recommend Pine Brook. They are often very busy but do a good job of keeping up with the volume and the line always goes pretty quickly. We usually don’t have any issues with our orders. “I recently visited Holly Ridge Golf Course in Archdale, NC, to get some practice at the driving range. While my skills were a bit rusty, I was determined to start playing again. Unfortunately, my return to the course took an unexpected turn. As I was leaving, I tripped and fell, striking my head on the brick steps leading to the clubhouse. I was grateful for the immediate assistance I received from Alyssa Wise, a staff member at Holly Ridge.
